Spooky Mermaids Our all-time customer favorite bar, Kissed Mermaids, gets dressed up every October in Halloween attire. A 60% coconut milk chocolate bar with crunchy roasted cacao nibs and vanilla-infused sea salt, this flavor has it all—some sweet and salty, crunchy and smooth. Not for the tricksters on your doorstep, but the ones you invite inside.

Barrel-Aged Dark A sophisticated 70% dark chocolate bar made with Duality, an award-winning, double-malt whiskey distilled by our friends, American Spirit Works. Cacao nibs are roasted, then soaked in whiskey for fuller flavor. We then grind the nibs with organic cane sugar and organic cocoa butter to get a smooth flavor and texture.

Cookies & Caramel Crushed Biscoff cookies and hand-made caramels in organic dark chocolate. This bar started as Georgia Boy, a limited-edition collaboration with Chef Joey Ward of Michelin-recommended Georgia Boy restaurant, and it quickly became the most popular bar on our shelves, so we brought it into our year-round lineup as Cookies & Caramel. Same chocolate, new name. Our sweetest flavor, inspired by Willy Wonka, this bar is meant for the young and young-at-heart.

Dark & Salty 80% Ugandan dark chocolate with sea salt—one of our bolder, darker bars deliciously topped with vanilla-infused sea salt that will remind you of crusty, perfect, dark brownie edges. Sweet enough for the serious dark chocolate lover and also approachable for the dark chocolate-curious.

Go Nuts! Dry-roasted almonds and vanilla-infused sea salt on naturally fruity, jammy 68% Nicaraguan dark chocolate. We took the classic combination of chocolate and almonds and turned it into an irresistibly delicious, adult PB&J.
